1. Reduce processed foods and instant food 
Instead, try eating fresh fruits and vegetables. By doing so, we will reduce the entry of fat, sodium, and excess sugar in our bodies. Fruits and vegetables can also cleanse the body and make us feel more energetic.

2. Drinking green tea 
Green tea is one of the drinks that are known to be antioxidants. The antioxidants in tea, can accelerate metabolism and body fluids needs effectively. 

3. Stretching exercises 
Do exercises to stretch the muscles, with a style that can be held in a long time, such as yoga. This will facilitate the flow of oxygen in the body and can help the process of detoxification.

4. Sweating 
When the body sweats, automatically toxins in the body will come out. Do some exercise like cardio, which is conducted with a sufficient portion.

Who would have thought, that there are also toxins in our minds? Well, how to throw it is, with meditation. For example, when you wake up in the morning, we can do meditation. Sitting cross-legged, calm your mind, and let stand for 15 minutes. Thus, the mind will be calm and relaxed. 

7. Go to the Sauna 
While in the sauna, the body will sweat. But do not forget, restore body fluid intake by drinking water. It is good to keep the metabolic process to run properly.

8. Defecate regularly 
This is important, because if not regularly, then the toxins will build up in the body. In order smoothly, try eating foods rich in fiber. In order metabolism remains smooth, then defecating should be done every day. 

9. Do not smoke or drink alcohol 
As we know, cigarettes and alcohol will only add toxins into the body. So avoid smoking and drinking alcohol in order to accumulate more toxins are not in our bodies.
