1. Lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes 
A study in Sweden found that those who consume milk and dairy products every day more than eight servings has an 23 percent lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes than those who ate one serving. Should a low-fat milk consumed? In this study, researchers found no association between low-fat milk with disease risk.

2. Helps control blood sugar 
Eating two servings of high-and low-fat milk per day, is associated with decreased blood pressure and blood sugar. In the journal Applied Physiology, Nutrition, and Metabolism, researchers found that those with healthy blood, are those who consume dairy.

3. Live Longer 
A study in China found that, someone who does not drink milk had higher blood pressure, body massata index higher, more body fat and a shorter life than someone who ate 3-7 servings of milk per week. The study did not distinguish between low and high-fat dairy.
